小さな宿の価値は、誰がそこに立っているかで決まります。私たちはお顔とお名前を覚え、季節のお食事を組み直し、お見送りまで同じ手で運びます。A small ryokan is judged by who stands there. We remember names and faces, rebuild the seasonal course, and carry every dish from welcome to farewell.

アレルギーやお祝いの内容を伺い、椀物と先付けを当日朝に組み直します。We hear allergies and the occasion, then rebuild the soup and starter the morning of arrival.

お部屋によっては、ご朝食前に一服のお抹茶をお運びします。茶筅を立てる音、釜から立つ湯気、茶碗を回す所作。お話はせず、ひと呼吸だけお預かりする時間です。 In certain rooms, a bowl of matcha is carried to you before breakfast. The sound of the whisk, the steam from the kettle, the turning of the bowl in your hands — a single breath of silence we keep on your behalf.

お迎えしますA welcome by your name

玄関に到着されたら、お名前を呼んで頭を下げます。マニュアルではなく、ひと組ひと組への応答として営んでいます。リピーターのお客さまには、前回お話しいただいた季節の話題から始めます。When you reach the entrance, we bow and call you by name. We run on response, not manuals. Returning guests are met with a sentence picked up from the season they last visited.

抹茶の作法、
静かなひと呼吸The way of matcha, one quiet breath

茶懐石のあとに、茶室で一服お点てします。茶碗を二度回し、正面を避けていただくこと。お作法の説明は短く、味わう時間を長く。記念日のおふたりには、主菓子に祝いの銘を添えます。After tea-kaiseki, a bowl is whisked in the tea room. Turn the bowl twice and drink away from its front. Instructions are kept short so the taste is long. For anniversaries, the sweet carries a celebratory name.

床の間には季節の掛軸と一輪の花を。春は枝垂れ桜、夏は青楓、秋は紅葉、冬は寒椿。近隣の山から手折って、その日の朝に活けます。A seasonal scroll and a single stem of flowers wait in the alcove. Weeping cherry in spring, fresh maple in summer, autumn red leaves, winter camellia. Picked from the nearby hills the same morning.

チェックインとアウトの時間は？What are check-in and check-out times?

チェックインは15:00から、チェックアウトは10:00です。受付は9:00-19:00、夕食は18:00-20:00、朝食は7:30-9:00にご用意します。お早めの到着はお荷物だけ先にお預かりできます。Check-in begins at 15:00 and check-out is at 10:00. Reception runs 9:00-19:00, dinner is served 18:00-20:00, and breakfast 7:30-9:00. If you arrive earlier, we can hold your luggage.

入湯税は別途必要ですか？Is the bathing tax extra?

はい。当地の入湯税として、大人お一人につき150円を別途頂戴します。チェックアウト時に現金でご精算ください。Yes. A local bathing tax of 150 JPY per adult is collected separately, payable in cash at check-out.

送迎はありますか？Is there a pickup service?

はい。最寄り駅まで車でお迎えに上がります（事前予約制・15時から18時）。お帰りの送迎もご相談ください。Yes. We pick you up from the nearest station by car (advance booking, 15:00 to 18:00). Return pickup can be arranged on request.

アレルギー対応はできますか？Can you accommodate allergies?

はい。ご予約時に食材アレルギーをお知らせください。当日朝に椀物と先付けを組み直します。甲殻類、そば粉、卵、乳など個別対応いたします。Yes. Please share food allergies at booking. We rebuild the soup and starter the morning of arrival. We handle shellfish, buckwheat, egg, and dairy individually.

お子さま料金はありますか？Is there a child rate?

小学生以下のお子さまの料金は大人料金の60%、未就学のお子さまは食事なしで10,000円です。中学生以上は大人料金になります。Elementary-school children are charged at 60% of the adult rate, preschool children are 10,000 JPY without meals. Junior-high age and above are charged as adults.

ペットは同伴できますか？Are pets allowed?

たいへん申し訳ありませんが、館内はペット同伴不可です。盲導犬・聴導犬・介助犬はお受けしておりますので事前にご相談ください。We regret that pets are not allowed indoors. Guide, hearing, and service dogs are welcome with prior notice.

キャンセル料はかかりますか？Are there cancellation fees?

7日前まで無料、3日前から30%、前日50%、当日100%を頂戴します。記念日プランも同条件です。Free up to 7 days before, 30% from 3 days before, 50% the day before, 100% on the day. Anniversary plans follow the same rule.

多言語対応はありますか？Do you offer multilingual support?

ウェブサイトは日本語と英語の二言語に対応しています。館内では簡単な英語でご案内します。中国語・韓国語のお客さまには、メニューと館内案内の翻訳カードをお部屋にご用意します。記念日の演出（一筆箋、季節の花、椀物の組み直し、写真撮影、お祝いの一言）は多言語問わず承ります。Our website is bilingual in Japanese and English, and we guide guests in simple English on site. For Chinese and Korean guests, translated menu and in-room guide cards are placed in your room. Anniversary touches — handwritten notes, seasonal flowers, a rebuilt soup course, photographs, a celebratory line — are arranged in any language.
