この土地で、先人から受け継いだ製法を守り続けています。保存料・着色料不使用。素材本来の旨みを大切にした納豆は、毎日の食卓に発酵の文化を届けます。忙しい朝にも、食べ合わせの発見という小さな楽しさを添えたい。それがおかわり納豆所の願いです。 We continue the craft passed down from our predecessors in this land. No preservatives, no artificial colours. Our natto brings the culture of fermentation to everyday tables. We want to add a small joy of discovery—pairing exploration—to busy mornings everywhere.

大豆を選んで、蒸して、発酵させる Select, steam and ferment

大豆の選別Soybean selection

国産大豆を厳選。粒揃い・水分値を一粒ずつ確認し、品質にばらつきが出ないよう原料段階から管理します。 We carefully select domestic soybeans, checking each bean for uniformity and moisture from the start.

蒸煮・接種Steam & inoculate

水に漬けた大豆を高圧蒸気で蒸し上げ、最適な温度で納豆菌を接種。均一な発酵のために温度と時間を精密に管理します。 Soaked beans are steamed under high pressure, then inoculated with natto bacteria at the optimal temperature with precise timing.

72時間低温発酵72-hour ferment

発酵室で72時間かけてゆっくりと発酵。大豆本来の旨味が最大限に引き出されるまで、温度と湿度を一定に保ちます。 Slow fermentation over 72 hours draws out the full depth of flavour, with humidity and temperature held steady.

検品・出荷QC & ship

熟成を終えた一粒ずつを検品し、品質を確認。製造直後の鮮度のまま冷蔵便で全国へお届けします。 Each finished batch is inspected for quality and shipped chilled immediately after production for freshness.

賞味期限はどのくらいですか？ How long does the product keep? +

お手元に届いてから約5〜7日を目安にお召し上がりください。製造直後に出荷しています。 Please enjoy within 5–7 days of receipt. We ship immediately after production.

冷蔵で届くのですか？ Does it arrive refrigerated? +

はい、すべてクール宅急便（冷蔵便）でお届けします。到着後は冷蔵庫（10℃以下）で保管してください。 Yes, all orders arrive via refrigerated courier. Please refrigerate upon arrival.

冷凍保存はできますか？ Can I freeze it? +

できます。未開封のままジッパー付き冷凍袋に入れて冷凍し、冷蔵庫内で自然解凍（約6時間）してください。 Yes. Freeze unopened in a zip bag and thaw in the fridge for about 6 hours.

送料はいくらですか？ How much is shipping? +

全国一律550円（クール便代込）。4,000円以上のご注文で送料無料です。沖縄・離島は別途330円が加算されます。 Flat ¥550 nationwide (chilled delivery included). Free over ¥4,000. Okinawa/remote islands add ¥330.

時間帯指定はできますか？ Can I request a delivery time? +

はい。午前中・14〜16時・16〜18時・18〜20時・19〜21時の5パターンからお選びいただけます。 Yes. Choose from morning, 14–16, 16–18, 18–20, or 19–21.

ギフト包装・のし対応はできますか？ Do you offer gift wrapping and noshi? +

はい。のし（内のし/外のし）、短いメッセージカード、食べ合わせレシピカードを同梱できます。 Yes. Noshi, message cards, and pairing recipe cards can be included.

返品・交換はできますか？ Can I return or exchange items? +

生鮮食品のためお客様都合による返品は承れません。品質不良の場合は到着後3日以内にご連絡ください。 Returns for personal reasons are not accepted for fresh food. Contact us within 3 days for quality issues.

定期便の解約方法を教えてください。 How do I cancel my subscription? +

マイページの「定期契約一覧」よりいつでも解約できます。回数縛りはありません。次回発送日の3営業日前までにお手続きください。 Cancel anytime from "Subscriptions" in your account. No minimum commitment. Please cancel 3 business days before the next shipment.
